Hi. Like most people on here I'm going to claim the debt is not mine. Or it is unfair. I won't bore you with the specifics but I have two CCJs both around the same time.* Paid by DOE on a consolidated order. My issue is although my company has been deducting since 2014, the court repeatedly send me the n56 forms as they claim the money isn't reaching them. But thats not the question. My question is, one has ended this week after 6 years.* The other in June. The one that's just ended is from family Court where I was order to pay the opposites legal fees for one day. It was 4,500! I refused on principle at the time... Hence the CCJ.* *Currently money is deducted from my wages as I said before. Will this now change as from next month's pay? Or does the CCJ leave my credit file and I simply pay as I have been. I am personally OK with this. I want it off my file.* *I accept that its my debt and I have to pay, but I won't make it easy for them as I see myself as a victim in this scenario. Second CCJ was a present my ex left me after taking something out in my name before I even owned a bank account at age 18. I suspect my signature was done by her but I had no knowledge.* She did it to more than one organisation but all were paid off by me as they were small and I had no choice, all except this single one, mortimer Clark now have it. The CCJ is due to end in June. After June, should I expect any enforcement from the court? My main goal is to avoid a CCJ on my file. I'm older and I want to buy a property, getting it off my credit file is something I need. Otherwise I will give up on ever owning a home. I'd appreciate any help or advice.* Gaz
Ccj ending, will it REAPPEAR?
