  • Cabot threatening CCJ

    Hi All,

I have a payment plan set up with Lloyd’s bank for a loan my ex took out in my name for himself, it’s for £20,000. I have had it for years and arranged to pay Lloyd’s £5 a month as at the time I was struggling. Cabot must have bought the loan from Lloyd’s (although I still get a annual statement form Lloyd’s to say I am paying my £5) I have been paying my money every month, but have had a letter from Cabot saying they are going to start CCJ proceedings as I haven’t responded to them to update them on my situation. What should I do??

    Thanks

    Debs
