    Help ASAP Cabot Financial/ Process/N61- ordered to report to court 22/05/19

This is my first post on here, I need some help. I have received this letter about attending court for a N61 form. I have no idea what the debt is or when from. I have attached an image of letter but due to size this is all i can fit into image. The letter is from HM Courts & Tribunals Service (Bailiffs office Liverpool county court.)
    Claimants; Cabot financial.

    Should I attend?
    What am i expecting?
    some of many questions i need answering.
