    I think we may have cracked it (although I'm always loathe to tempt fate!). MC acknowledged receipt of my defence on 13th May, said they would take instruction from their client and get back to me. As of today I have heard nothing. I think that puts them over the 28 days. of course I will wait another few weeks but then apply for it to be removed??

    Hoping this is the end of the matter although I still firmly believe I have an excellent case but either way, thank you all so very much for the advice and support. So appreciated.
