wow, this has just reared it's had again and made my head spin =(

I have just received a Notice of Allocation and have 7 days to apply to set aside

I'm thinking, as the original default was early 2018 and I have not made any payments or admitted to the alleged debt that it is statutory barred. However, there was a court hearing two years ago and I'm really struggling to remember the outcome.

Should I respond, or do I need to complete an N244, to apply to have it set aside as no clear judgement has been given in 6 years?
