    CCJ Cabot

    Hi, my partner has received a letter from cabot financial and a county court judgement saying he owes nearly £5000. It doesn't say where the debts from and hes never heard of Cabot. What should he do? Thank you

    Has your partner received a claim form from MCOL (NCCBC) or a County Court (Default) Judgment from Northampton County Court or a letter from Cabot or their solicitors (Mortimer Clarke/Restons/Shoosmiths)?
