    Hi
    I received a claim form from Northampton county court on 12/01/18 I completed AOS on the 13/01/18 and sent cpr31.14 letter and received a response from reestons solicitors saying they have placed it on hold and sent the cca request to Cabot. I haven't received anything from Cabot!! What do I do next please?

    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
