options hearing iminent for large debt - now proven by cabot

Am being taken to court by Cabot Financial. I Was defending it as they had not responded to request for proof.
Have just received proof through post. What do I do now? Do I phone them and see if they will come to agreement for me to pay?

Have a motion hearing tomorrow and options hearing next week

Which court is the case in? Firstly I wouldnt panic - there may well be defects in the documentation.

Thanks for reply. Its in Glasgow and is copy of original agreement, all statements and assignment of debt. All clear copies.
