£10k claim proposed for Fast Track, how do I ask for Small Claims? (England)

    This is a factor that militates against allocation to the Small Claims Track.
    Thanks, understood. I’ll still ask for Small Claims allocation.

    I have a contemporaneous letter praising my work from one of their own senior managers and am currently obtaining a witness statement from another former manager, so I hope that may encourage settlement once the evidence is properly presented. If not, and the claim is allocated to the Fast Track, I think I will obtain legal representation.
