  • Full rescission

Has anyone ever achieved full rescission of a vehicle sale and costs etc? Very interested to hear from you.

I am going for this due to material facts being omitted during the sale:

Van was ex rental (not disclosed in sale but later admitted in emails)

arrived with damage which was later partially repaired (not disclosed in sale)

arrived with defects even though should have been prepared to a high standard re spoticar warranty

Steering defect which I cannot find and has caused me injury resulting in chiropractor treatment and RSI diagnosis by gp pending further scans.

will this be enough to achieve rescission in a misrepresentation claim?
