CP Plus and Ranger Services breach of the DPA & UKGDPR

Basics. Got a PCN from CP Plus - appeal rejected - POPLA accepted the appeal - started proceedings against CP Plus for a breach of the DPA as they had no entrance sign to the site they managed therefore no reasonable cause to access DVLA details = breach of the DPA.
Things built up from there and I've spent months preparing for this case against these two rogues and at long last the case has been allocated to Middlesbrough County Court on 27th April.
I have had more than enough on my plate tending to personal matters - as my Witness Statement will bring to light - so haven't posted any prior case build up.
Everything's now prepared and submitted to court and the defendants, and it's just a matter now of waiting for the magic moment when these people get their just deserved comeuppance for their actions.

i) your full name and/or address are viewable on pages 1&2 &13 at least.
. In view of the very personal details you are leaving yourself open to all sorts of trolling
I would recommend that you at least remove all identifying details as soon a possible

ii)that KADOE was withdrawn Sept 2020 and replaced with https://assets.publishing.service.go...-registers.pdf
