      In your 2 previous posts you had said that your AI buddy had said the LIP rate is £19, but that it is now £24. I commented that some LLMs do not use current information. Your AI buddy had not given you the current position. That is all.

      Why is it amusing that you read the Civil Procedure Rules?

          So in this application, requesting recompense for the time I spent dealing with the application they sent which turned out to be incorrectly filed, can I claim for ALL time spent dealing with it? i.e. rearranging my travels because of the non-payment of the judgment, which added a day to my actual traveling.

              UPDATE - their replacement application from February (replacing the one incorrectly filed - not dated, statement of truth not signed, no request to set aside the judgment and stay the writ) has also now been returned to them, as they have still not requested to set aside judgment or stay the writ.
