  • Letter before claim again ex partner

So I'm in the process of taking my ex partner to court, as she is refusing to let me collect my dog after a break up, I purchased him, I am registered on his microchip, I am registered at the vets, I've paid for all his grooms and over £4k in vet bills, I was the only one walking him, I have sent a letter before claim and it has been ignored, copy below, I have even offered to buy him back and again been ignored, where do I go next, I've been reading about an n1 form? Now looking at these it asks for the amount I am claiming, I don't want money I just want my dog back, what do I put in the amount claimed box? Also do I have to send a copy of the n1 to my ex partner?

If she fails to respond again or if she refuses to turn up to court will it be her paying all the costs?
