  • Missing small court claim

    Hello All,

I submitted a small claim online months ago. I'd not heard anything, so I checked online and I cannot see my claim in my account. However, I'm very sure I submitted and I even paid the court fee. So I emailed the court and they are extremely unhelpful. Just telling me to check the account to see if its a draft. Has anyone submitted a claims recently? Is it possible to pay a court fee and not have an actual claim? I don't think it is, because I'm sure I was only asked to pay the fee once the claim was submitted. I've even got a receipt for the payment but the court is saying they can't trace the claim with this information. They have also informed that a draft is deleted after 90 days, this couldn't have happened within the time period.

I've again questioned this with the court but they take weeks to reply. Any ideas on this?

    Thank You

Gather your details, right a summary with dates, that fully explains what you did, not what you think has happened.
