I have recently been to court to successfully set aside a CCJ with Eon Energy and was also awarded costs payable within 14 days of the court order. These have not been paid. How should I deal with this. There is no goodwill. Should I issue them with a CCJ??
Judgement and costs awarded in my favour, but no money yet received
