I've been trying to submit a simple claim against a well known national pharmacy. Living in Scotland means unfortunately I need to use the new online Simple Procedure via Civil Online. I've just replied to the court and said my claim can stay on the system and be damned after I was told I had to fill in another additional order form just to abandon it. I've given up trying to submit the claim after several months of form filling. Are there any laymen on here like myself who have used MCOL? If so was it fairly easy to successfully submit a claim using it? Alas, living in Scotland means I can't use MCOL. If anyone has experience of using both systems recently I'd like to know how you think they compare in terms of ease of successfully submitting claims
is MCOL in England much easier is use than the mis-named Simple procedure in Scotland
