  • Making a counter claim

Hi, hope all is well, possibly someone can help me?....

Severn Trent Water on 03/04/2023 have had a case thrown out against me for incorrect account numbers and no statement of truth, the case was allocated for 2 hours it only lasted 7 minutes however they submitted a fake residency check and other dubious accounts and amounts as I was living at another location. My point is they created a fake account for £1,316 with 22 missed payments for an account I have never received a bill or demand for, plus absolutely no correspondence. I want to make a counter-claim as in total I had to make 3 appearances in court also my data has been breached to create the false account and using my SAR data against me in court. I have lost my business as my creditors have withdrawn credit for £67k and a van and car loan denied, Lyoyds bank and Barclays alone withdrew £27k and the lists go on and on...... I want to hit STW for everything as they have wrecked my life and business, however do I have to do it with 3 separate claims or contained in 1? I'm lost on this one but created a really good defense for court.

    Cheers
