Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track -
I received a letter from the CCBC with the above subject.
This is wrt a claim I have made against builders(1st main defendant and 2nd defendant{a partner as mentioned by the 1st main defendant}). They received nearly 55% of the total monies as advance(which I was foolish to give). The work never really got started(apart from 2 days of 2 hours each) and since no progress made and so I filed a claim after sending them letters as advised by the CAB(Citizens Advice) and subsequently raised the claim on MCOL online. Now I received the above letter and it is quite intimidating to say the least as the 2nd defendant has defended the claim. Nothing from the 1st main defendant so far.
Can you let know what my options and response to the letter as I am supposed to fill and send back within the end of this month?
As the 2nd defendant has defended, what bearing does this have on my response in the form N180?
I have been asked to serve copies on all other parties. What copies do I serve ?

    Thanks in advance.
    Your response will be appreciated.
Should you need any more input/data pls do ask. Will be glad to provide the same.
