N260 STATEMENT OF COSTS - where to send

Hello everyone,

Maybe a silly question but I was trying to find an answer for several hours now and am totally exhausted,
I am a Litigant in Person and will have an Interim Hearing next week.

I have produced a Statement of Costs, I know I have to file it with the court and send a copy to my opponent.
But I am struggling to understand what email address I should use to send it to the court.
The hearing is at Central London County Court.

I tried to call them but was placed in a long queue and then their working day was over.

I would appreciate an answer here.

Another silly question - I am a contractor on daily rate and I have to take a day off to attent my Application hearing.
Can I include this cost/loss of income into my Statement of Cost, and if yes - under what category?

Yes, you can claim for this. Put it under a section for additional costs or expenses.
