    Claim bundle not received

    Court directions state bundles to be sent to the court and other party. The other party has claimed they didnt receive anything and want the case struck out. I do have proof of postage but not proof of what was sent. Any merit to their thoughts. Could they just say this at the hearing and get a delay?
