  • Changing Court

    Hi,
I made a money claim against an estate agency in 2020, they defended and the claim was transfferred to Mold County Court for directions. I have been in touch with the court numerous times as the directions still have not been issued. This is now well over 2 years since the initial claim. Everytime I query it, they just say
"working with skeleton staff" (Dec 2020)
" will put before a judge on my return" (Oct 2020)
"its before a judge" (Dec 2020)"
I apologise for the delay I will look into this" and that's the last I heard, this was Oct 2021

Is it possible to move the claim from Mold County County to my (and defendants) local court at Wrexham? In the hopes I might get the directions at some point. If so which form do I need to use?

    Thanks for your help
