Hoping for some help/advice please.
I am the claimant, my claim was allocated to the Defendant’s County Court in June 2021. The case was unsuitable for mediation (haven’t been able to find out why) and I received a letter from the court with a date for a dispute resolution hearing for March 2022.
As my issue was time sensitive (ie deterioration would have cost me an awful lot more if I lose the case) I have paid to fix the issue. I was claiming for a return and refund but now wish to change the claim to one of costs to resolve the issue and compensation.
I have spoken to the court, they have told me to submit form N244. I am looking at the form and guidance notes and don’t even know what order I am asking the court for or whether I need to prepare a draft *♀️
Do I need to redo my particulars of claim?
