Small claims process

It probably seems like a dumb query. I have made a small claim against a company, The Company rejected my claim so claim has now been sent to court for directions. What happens now? Do I just wait for the court to get in touch with me?Can i send evidence yet or wait until I get paperwork?Also if I should accept an out of court settlement what is the procedure?

If you have completed the directions questionnaire (and sent a copy to the defendant) then you will get a letter from the court telling you the date and location of the hearing. There will also be instructions on when to send in your witness statement and your evidence.

Oh Im confused, is that form N181?(I just looked online). No i havent. I did a money claim,exhausted that process, no outcome from that so the money claim portal has now sent it to the court. That's were I am upto.

Northampton? It's gone to my local county court
