Health problems are increasing at an increasing rate. Even at a very young age, many of them suffer from cancers and health problems related to hypertension. I, too, have a similar case at home. My sister is only 35 years old. He was a software engineer and had to work daily under pressure. This caused him to have high blood pressure. He was, therefore, taking Valsartan as prescribed by the doc. This problem started in 2017 and took it whenever he needed it. But we never knew it would lead to liver cancer. Recently, he was diagnosed and undergoing treatment. We have decided to file a Valsartan lawsuit against the drug manufacturers. We need compensation to meet his treatment needs.
We had consulted a lawyer and discussed our needs. Has anyone here gone through similar situations? Does this kind of lawsuit affect, or is it just a waste of time and money? His financial situation is not so good. So we have to find a solution to this. Please share your knowledge of such cases.
