Amazon Claim - claim disputed based on name served to

Hi, I submitted a claim to Amazon after over a month of trying to have them redone me for a return they lost. The claim was sent to Amazon.co.uk and they have defended the claim based on the seller being Amazon EU SARL of the same address.

ÂÂ*I’m unsure what’s the best way to proceed. Withdraw andresubmit the claim to Amazon EU or n244 requesting change of defendant?

Any help appreciated!
