Hi guys.
I have commenced proceedings against my ex employer due to their conduct.
Basically at the minute they have gotten their dates wrong and have misinterpreted my statement of case.
They have filed their defence.
Unfortunately the tribunals service has failed to deliver the respondents defense to me and after submitting my list of documents as per my case management timetable, have now found out that the respondent is attempting to strike out psrt or all of my claim.
They have attempted to put me in a bad light as expected however I have more than enough evidence actually supplied by the respondent via DSAR that should counter this.
And obviously my legal arguement to opposing the application is strong.
I do not know how to respond to this, I would much prefer this didn't goto a preliminary hearing and would prefer to settle this on the hearing date allocated by the tribunals service.
I have drafted up the opposition statement but need to know how to properly implement it into my response.
Please help!
