    Statutory declaration please help

    hi all i am after some advice on how to word a
    Statutory declaration to marston holdings proving i no longer live at the address they have on record as it is my childs mums address and it is causing problems without going in too much detail, i have no fixed abode and am sofa surfing and so have no official paper work being able to prove i do not. Any help would be great thanks in advance

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
