    Chase MBNA for your SAR if it's been more than 40 days since they received it.

    Should I take it into someone or is it okay to scan it and post it here (hiding personal details, of course) Would you be able to look at it for me, please?

    It says they will make “an application to lift the stay on these proceedings, to strike out the defence and to enter judgement against me for the full amount claimed, with legal and costs”.

    It hasn’t been 40 days for MBNA yet.
