That depends on a number of things.

You need to ask someone to look at the documents they've produced to see if they comply with your s 77-79 CCA Request (you say you've not pleaded non-compliance in your Defence).

Does the letter say they intend to apply to lift the stay or does it say that they intend to apply to lift the stay and make an Application for a Summary Judgment?

Chase MBNA for your SAR if it's been more than 40 days since they received it.

It says they will make “an application to lift the stay on these proceedings, to strike out the defence and to enter judgement against me for the full amount claimed, with legal and costs”.

It hasn’t been 40 days for MBNA yet.
