  • Court costs

    Can anyone run their eye over the attachments please I've passed it to several people who believe I have been charged twice with regards to letters etc? Possibly it's correct but at point where need fresh pair of eyes if possible? Any help appreciated

    Hi Supa1971,
    Sorry I can't see the whole of page 2 that you have attached. I assume that you mean there seem to be a couple of different entries relating to letters out? There is a distinction made depending on who has been written to, for example letters to you will be charged in one section, letters to the Court in another and letters to another party or other persons would also be separated out.
    The fees for considering and/or preparing documents such as witness statements, court application forms etc will again be separate to the other areas.
    I hope that clarifies things?
