You can see on the 2nd page There is a mistake of the Agreement date 22/03/2017 and termination date 12/02/2015
The actual date is on the front page 22/03/2014

            No, I can't.

The issue date of the court claim.

In the top right of the claim form, post #10.

It will not be 2014, for sure.

Re: Delay in sending out Documents regarding signature

I've looked at your claim form and can see it appears to be personal service (issued by CXXXXXXXXD County Court) not MCOL.

The deemed date of service is 5th May (it's stamped on the claim form).

You need to remove that upload as you can be identified from the information you've posted.

Did you send your s 77-79 CCA Request to GMAC (the Claimant) or to Shoosmiths Solicitors (named on the claim form)?

From what you say you sent a signed CCA Request with the £1 statutory fee so that should mean your request is valid.

                Who's questioning your signature?

You will need to file your Defence at the court which issued the claim and not Northampton CCBC (MCOL) which is where the bulk of claims get issued to members of this forum.

If you send it to the wrong court you could get a Default Judgment (CCJ) by missing the deadline imposed by the right court.

I called the number on the form County Court Money claims center which is in Northampton They said to email the forms to them
and as long as i received confirmation of receipt it will be ok to extend date to 28 days But your saying I should contact Chelmsford Count Court?
