  • Lowell Portfolio/BW Legal

Hi there I'm wondering if any of you can help.

I've been reading a lot posts on here in regards to the "lovely" Lowell Portfolio group. It seems that you guys know a lot about this company who, I might add took it upon themselves, with help from their bw legal friends (of course) to issue me a county court claim on an old apparent 02 debt of £240!

Anyway I haven't admitted to this as this is something I didn't owe and I'm now defending this claim. A form has now been sent today, Small claim track/Mediation and a letter from Bw legal informing me "their clients still wish to proceed". If Possible I would really like some information about this form and what I can do with it if possible.

The original debt was dated sometime from 2011/2012 and I thought this was already resolved with 02 as I didn't owe any money to them and I wasn't in any arrears etc.

Also would it be possible to claim money from Lowell Portfolio in the form of damages such as harassment, as I have CFS ( chronic fatigue syndrome) and it has really exacerbated my condition. Would I be able to put this in the mediation form or would this have to be a separate claim?

Any help on this would be very much appreciated thanks.
