    Notice of application for attachment of earnings order

    Received one of these in the post from Reston Solicitors for Arrow Global Ltd sum of £924.75. I know nothing about this. Never received a court summons but it says judgement creditors reference. What can I do?

    You need to find out when a CCJ has been recorded against you & what it is all about especially who the original creditor will have been.

      It was recorded on 16/11/2016 at Northampton. Just done a credit check, no idea who the original creditor was could have been Black Horse.
