    Help,I cannot find my thread and need assistance

    Hi,
    I cannot find my thread to update my situation. At this point we have received no response from Restons after the CPR request,also Cabot did not comply with the CCA request, their letter said ,'Your account is currently assigned to Restons and therefore we are unable to action your request. I would ask that you redirect your request to Restons who will liaise with you. I have retirned your fee of £1.00 etc etc'
    our defence needs to go in soon and we have no evidence of this debt, please help

      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
