  • CCJ received from Lowell

So i Received a CCJ dated 10/2/17 I only got this Monday when I returned home from working away I responded to this on Tue 21st feb saying I wanted to defend my full claim.

Its for claimed amount for 808.49 plus 60 court fee, 70 legal costs bringing the total to 938.49.
They are saying its for a provident lone I took out does not say when. I did have a green woods loan some years ago but my ex paid it off or so i thought this may not be the first debt to bite me in the ass years later.

Anyway I have filled out the two advised letters requesting the agreement, default notice and assignment along with the latter that requires me to send £1. I will post them in the morning.

I am now concerned that I won't have time for them to respond before I have to fill in my defence. Am I right in thinking I need to defend by 15th March?

So is there anything I can do now?
Thanks in advance and for the helpful letters on here.
