  • CCJ issued against me, but debt was accumulated by someone else.

My friend has found out she has a CCJ against him, She is getting it set aside. But its quite tricky situation.
it was parking ticket related by private company. wanting to know the following information.

    1. if she gives the drivers/owners information will they pursue for just the parking ticket or the whole sum in the CCJ?

    2. if she is willing to accept the debt can CCJ be set aside and original parking charges paid?

    3. if she gives the drivers/owners information and CCJ is set aside, what will the parking company do?

      1. The driver is pretty much an irrelevance now. The keeper has been found liable in court. Even if set aside the claim would still be against the keeper. This fact is good if they have not followed the statutory requirements of the protection of freedoms act 2012.

      2. Some companies will do it by consent if you promise to pay.

      3. Some will keep at the keeper, some will hound the driver and 1/2 might even try both.
