I've emailed them to you just now to the address at the bottom of your post. Don't be confused if the name isn't 'Sophie' lol that's a random name I chose to make me less identifiable to certain not too reputable institutions.

No I didn't, everything that I received is on those photos.

As an update I just received directions questionnaire from the courts giving me until the 27th February to respond. I am going away from tomorrow until Friday so I will still have plenty of time to do it when I return.

                          Re: Lowell/Cohen Cramer Shopdirect Claim

                          Hi Sophie

Re post #22, first & second pictures
Can you see what the reference details are at the bottom of these? (Under the red redactions).

Did you use the LB template for your defence? (In particular, the 'no s87 Default Notice' para).

As there are only one set of T&C's it is possible that the documents you've received do not comply with your CCA request.

Did you have PPI on this?

Hi yes I can see the redacted ref details should I PM you them?

I did follow the LB template word for word so the default notice paragraph will be in there. Is this significant?

As far as I know there was no PPI on this.

Again I know you guys are so busy on here so just wanna say thanks again for the help.

Usually it only refers to the version of the T&C's which have been provided.
Unless there are any identifiers unique to you, you should be safe to post the details on this thread.

Atm, you have highlighted (in your defence) that there is a problem in that no DN was sent to you.
They will have to show that, in the balance of probabilities, a compliant DN was sent.

                              OK, see below.

Imho, you should send a SAR to Shop D for all data held.
& remind Shop D that it must be intelligible.....they should explain the meaning of any acronyms etc used in their data.
When you receive the details, compare them with the stuff Lowells have sent to you.

I've been to the post office today and got a postal order for £10 and will be sending off the SAR first thing Monday morning.

As for the reference details here they are.

At the bottom of the agreement it says

0710_EMB_NOPPI_F and on the right hand side C10-0610

And at the bottom of the 'further terms and conditions it says

                                0710_B
