    ok so after Filling my defence i received a letter from the court to say that my defence has been filled and now they have 28 days to respond to the defence i received that letter on the 19th November.

    Today i have received 2 letters one from Lowell and another one from Cohen the letters are attached. (the one from Lowell i have been getting the same letter for about 3 weeks) I'm still yet to receive a response for the CCA request from Lowell

    what do you think?

      One letter suggests CK are not seeing this a successful claim the other is a begging letter!

        If Lowell do decide to continue with the claim, & another legal rep is used (their in-house one is Lowell Solicitors), they have to inform the court accordingly, & you should receive official notification in due course.

        Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

        If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
