Once a claim is transferred from NCCBC to a county court the MCOL website no longer updates.
How reliable is your post referral contact since a claim transferred to Leeds County Court in January should have been listed for hearing by now?
You've filed your DQ (hence the claim was apparently transferred to your local county court) so the claim wasn't stayed because you'd only be sent a DQ to complete if the Claimant informs the court that they intend to continue with proceedings.
There's always a possibility that there was a 'system' failure and the file wasn't actually transferred to the county court.
If I were you I would ring Leeds County Court to check if it has 'arrived'.
If you ring NCCBC there's a possibility that if it hasn't been transferred (due to an error) that they'll realise the mistake (once you tip them off) so they'll go ahead with the transfer triggering a court hearing date etc.
It's up to you what next step to take.
