You could familiarise yourself with the 'no documents' defence example (top of the thread), but don't file at court until much closer to the court deadline.
The Claimant also may accept the invitation of a 28 day extension per the CPR letter. (If so, you should inform the court of this.)

Hi all, i'm off to post office now to send all signed for and tracked.

Will i have problems sending to the Lowell Solicitors Limited PO BOX address? Is the PO BOX fine? that is what is on the claim form?

For the claimant its: Lowell Portfolio 1 LTD, Ellighton house address

Thanks guys for the help will be keeping you all posted of every outcome

The CPR to Lowell solicitors could be sent to Ellington House as well the PO box seems to mainly be a post drop and items seem to end up in Leeds anyway.

Only the (1) CCA letter incurs a £1 fee; the CPR letters do not.

Thank you @charitynjw for the rapid reply back, highly appreciate it.

I will do what you have mentioned and put the CPR letter with the CCA would that mean i should get 2 Postal orders of £1 one with this letter and one for the separate letter?

    Re: Lowell vs Reiss

You could enclose a copy of the CPR letter with the CCA request.

Cross-refer on the CCA letter 'Enclosed CPR 31.14 letter to be forwarded by Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd to Lowell Solicitors Ltd'

    Keep a copy.

Still send the CPR letter direct to Lowell Solicitors.
