    Particulars of Claim: The claimant claims payment of the overdue balance due from the defendant (s) under a contract between the defendant (s) and egg dated on or about Nov 3 2006 and was assigned to the claimant on Nov 30 2015.

    Any Other Info: I receive claim from above solicitors dated 19th of august 2016. sent two cca and cpr 31.14 request for both claims on the 8th of September. I'm still waiting to hear. I've also acknowledged online that l'll like to defend in full.

    Can anyone please help as to how to put together my defence.

    From My calculations I think I have until Wednesday 21st of September to submit my defence. Should i wait until I hear regarding CCA and CPR31.14 requests or should I carry on with defence.

    Unless I've misunderstood you have two claims so maybe leave one of them on this thread and start another thread for the other one which will make things easier to follow.

    One Claimant is Arrow and the other one is Cabot?
