  • Set Aside CCJ help

    Hi,

I am new to this site and would like some advice on setting aside a CCJ by consent. A brief about this case is as below

    - I became aware of the court proceedings only when I checked my credit file on 28 July 2016. This was followed by a search on the Registry Trust on the same day. Search evidence attached. Until then I was not even aware of this court proceeding.
    - On the same day (28th July 2016) I immediately contacted the court who directed me towards UK Parking Control Limited's solicitors.
    - It was only on contacting UK Parking Control Limited solicitors that I became aware that they had not sent the court proceedings to my current address stated below and hence I was not even aware of the court proceedings.
    - I then contacted UK Parking Control Limited directly and settled the matter by making the necessary payment following which UK Parking Control Limited have issued a 'Consent Order' as well (attached) the following day (29th July 2016).

Based on the above I am now planning to send the following
    1. A duly filled N244 form with the evidence set out in the box in section 10 (attached)
    2. A signed Consent Order from UKPC solicitors (attached)
    3. Registry Trust search result.
    4. A cheque for £100 in favour of 'HMCTS'

    My questions are:
    1. Do I need to attach a Draft Order, Witness Statement & Draft Defence or just the above 4 will do.
    2. Are the details in the N244 application enough? Do I have to provide more details?

A quick response would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you .
