      It might make a difference.

I have asked her, but at the time of her taking out this account she was pretty unwell in terms of her mental health, so she.can't remember.

OK, my wife got a letter from the court saying that the claim has been dismissed. So wondering what this means, in terms of what Lowell and their legal team can now do and I guess what this means for my wife.

Is that "letter" actually an Order from the court dismissing the claim? It sounds like it.

If so then that is the end of the matter. This means there is nothing more Lowell and their legal team can do to your wife (unless they lodge an appeal).

It seems your WS did the trick.

Yep, the letter was from the court with the DJ decision saying that the claim is dismissed.

Many thanks to all for your help.
