will start working on the defence.

In my posts 1 and 2 i uploaded images of a letter received from the claimants. I understand that they are supposed to send statements every year, but they never did.

Do the documents in posts 1 and 2 now mean they have complied, or are they pulling a fast one?

you could include that = no statements within defence near the end

Had an interesting reply from the Arrow in response to the CCA request.

They returned the £1 and said "We do not accept that we are the creditor envisaged by the above statute. However we are willing to assist in obtaining that which has been requested. We will now process your request for documentation from the creditor and will revert in due course"

We have also heard from the Court that the defence has been received, and that the claimant has 28 days to respond etc.

Any thoughts on the response from Arrow?

ball is in their court now - just follow any court instructions, failure of them to respond to the defence in 28 days then the case is Stayed.
