  • Reconstituted agreement requirments?

I'm still dealing with Howard Cohen & Co and Hoist and have been sent (after 14 weeks and 4 days) a reconstituted agreement consisting of 7 pages of a "credit agreement", 1 page of conditions of use and 60 pages of monthly statements.

What is needed to be included in the credit agreement to make it acceptable?

In the whole 7 pages my friends name and address is included at the top of page 1 only in a line that reads "Parties to this agreement are Bank of Scotland......address, and Miss XXXX....address. Nothing regarding dates, signatures or any other information regarding my friend is included.

    Surely this is not acceptable.

    Regards
    Steve
