I've followed all the procedures for asking for CCA and CPR to the solicitors (Lowell Solicitors) and DCA (Lowell) and have now finally heard back from Lowell Solicitors saying that the account is on hold and they're awaiting instructions from their client, Should I push ahead and say to the court that the case should be closed as they haven't responded with a CCA and hence have no grounds for legal action?
Also do I need to contact the court to check that the case is put on hold in case they are hoping I won't respond further?
