Hi all, I had a Vigin credit card dating back to around 2006 I got in to difficulty and stopped paying it, it has been years since making a payment but don't know exactly how long, I've been chased for years for the debt and it has changed hands many times, the last time I had contact about it was a couple of years ago when I tried to sort it out, but nothing became of it and it changed hands several times since, the debt is now with Arrow Global and they have instructed Shoosmiths to send this letter today saying if I don't get in contact within 14 days they will issue court proceedings, I don't know what to do now, I don't think this is "statue barred" as I was in contact with them a couple years ago even though it was in the hands of a different Dca then, please can someone advise what to do or not to do, I'm totally lost and feel very sick with worry.
