Re: Court papers arrived, I don't know what to do

I've checked online and it says a DQ has been sent on 17th, the last day they had to respond. We still haven't received any paperwork we've asked for

Just complete the DQ when you get it.

I've received the DQ today, it says it needs to be filed with courts and serve copies on other party by 3rd June, I probably sound stupid but how do I serve it on the other party
Also it asks how many witnesses, do I put or 1 for husband or 2 as I need to speak on behalf of my husband if it should get to court

Tracking shows court received our DQ on 31st May it had to be received by 3/6/16, MCOL shows ours was filed 4/6/16 but nothing about the claiments DQ, what do we do now, do we have to ring the courts to find out whats happening as it's been 9 days since filing

Looks like the court is chasing them it could lead to them being subject to sanction when a judge reviews the claim.. it's wait and see for a bit.

                  Edited incorrect date

After being sent the general sanction giving them 10 days to file their DQ which they did so on the very last day but we haven't received a copy of it like we had to send to them
We now have received an email for mediation in middle of July, he is going to put for me to mediate on his behalf. We haven't received any paperwork requested off the other side. The last letter was to thank us for the £1 payment added to the account, this was the statutory fee which I complained about to CEO and still heard nothing. Do I email the court mediator and tell them we've heard nothing

The payment must challenged it's misappropriation of a statutory fee for the CCA request that has not been complied with. I would encourage anyone who has been caught in this scam to report it for information to the FCA.

The complaint I sent said about it being for statutory fee and them putting it on as a payment to an account we have not acknowledged as ours. I sent photographic proof of the postal order with statutory fee written on front and back and that I was reporting it to FCA but I'm unsure of how to do that

The FCA site gives detail on passing on information.

I have just checked MCOL and it's been updated to say it's transferred to my local court. Can anyone tell me what happens now, we've received no paperwork from Hoist or howard cohen after the first lot sending the postal order back and then adding it onto account when I sent it again
