  • ****HELP**** BW Legal/Lowell Applicatio to Re-instate The Claim

    Can anyone advise me ASAP please.

    I have had an Application to reinstate the claim and I have to attend court a week today. My previous thread seem to dry up, I am absolutely dreading going to court for various reasons.....not knowing what to say....what not to say etc.

    Please can somebody help me,

            The initial one was struck out, but Lowell/BW have applied to have it re-instated. Im at my wits end....I cant face court.

              Was the strike out because of non compliance with CCA request or court order to disclose documents?

                      NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
                      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
