thanks i returned on the 21/02/16. the claim form is dated the 5/02/16 .do you think its worth calling the court an explaining ive been away.
my only concern is the ccj on my credit file so i would like to have it removed.

To be honest I am beginning to think an application for a set aside might be more possible BUT the question is do you have a defence which is what you need to get a set aside done.

i suppose the only way to find out if it falls into the time frame for SB is to ring cabot,i will do that tomorrow.
