  • Lowell Solicitors and a CCJ issued

I received a CCJ for just under 4000 10 days ago, they are demanding 50 a month for this however 1st payment due early March, I have never spoken to, written to or acknowledged this or any other debt to Lowell, I cannot remember who this debt is with, looking on the noddle site It states that I have 3 other accounts with Lowell (all less than 1000) (Found the CCJ on noodle, it was with Littlewoods Catalogue), I defaulted on these accounts back in early 2014, what I want to know is what do I do? how do I approach this? I cannot afford to pay £50 a month as I am a full time Student (mature),

    Any input is gratefully received.

    Thanks

ps. I have copied this from the welcome page as I didn't get any responses.

Just giving this a bump for you and hopefully one of the smart beagles will get a chance to look at it for you.

An optimist is someone who falls off the Empire State Building, and after 50 floors says, 'So far so good'!
